I offer confidential professional counselling in  Birmingham, West Midlands. I am a qualified counsellor using an integrative approach in my work with clients. I am a registered psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and have a Masters degree in Psychotherapy, a           

I offer counselling / psychotherapy in Birmingham ,  West Midlands.

I work with individuals and groups on a range of problems and issues including, relationship issues, work related issues, loss and bereavement, eating disorders, self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness, stress, anxiety, and depression.

Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and other counselling qualifications. My  counselling practice takes an integrative approach and is grounded in Psychodynamic, Object Relations, Gestalt, Humanistic, and Transactional Analysis theory. I provide a caring and professional counselling service in Birmingham, and all work undertaken is strictly confidential.
